B25 Plus · Industrial AI orchestration · ML-based decision intelligence

Governed Industrial AI for cross-company execution and recovery

B25 Plus operates as a governed execution layer above existing enterprise systems, connecting only what the agreed workflow requires. ML-based decision intelligence supports readiness, risk and recovery analysis. AI can propose. B25 governs what is allowed to execute.

The coordination gap

One delay. More than one company affected.

A supplier changes a delivery date. Transport, site teams and the customer must all adjust, but each sees a different part of the plan. The missing piece is coordination between them.

01COMMITMENTS

Separate systems

Each party sees its own orders, resources and schedule, but not the whole operation.

02DISRUPTION

Connected consequences

A change at one company affects what the others can deliver. Those dependencies are often discovered too late.

03RECOVERY

Manual coordination

Teams rebuild the plan through calls and spreadsheets, with an incomplete record of who agreed to what.

B25 Plus

A shared plan. Clear responsibility.

B25 Plus is a coordination layer above the systems companies already use. It connects the information needed to prepare the next step, agree who may act and preserve the decision record.

icon

See the shared situation

Bring relevant commitments, constraints and changes into a shared view of the operation.

icon

Compare permitted options

Agents propose next actions within defined roles, permissions and business rules.

icon

Agree the next step

Route the proposed response to the responsible parties, with the approvals their business rules require.

icon

Keep the decision record

Each approval, intervention and outcome remains attributable and reviewable.

Local recovery

Recover the affected link. Keep the rest of the operation intact

When disruption occurs, B25 identifies the affected commitments and compares feasible recovery options. Unaffected parts of the plan remain unchanged where constraints allow.

Affected path

Find the disruption without redrawing the whole chain

The affected dependency is isolated first. Commitments outside that path stay in place unless the constraints require a wider change.

Product walkthrough

A critical resource becomes unavailable. What happens next?

A synthetic reference workflow: identify affected commitments, compare recovery paths, request approval and retain the resulting evidence. Select a stage to explore the cycle.

Working demo interface Real B25 interface · synthetic reference data

01 / The situation

A critical resource fails. Connected commitments are affected.

The reference graph reveals the unavailable primary pump, the commitments at risk and the recovery paths that can be evaluated.

02 / The choices

Compare feasible recovery paths before choosing.

Delay, cost, success and uncertainty are presented together. Recommendations remain advisory until the responsible person decides.

03 / The decision

Recovery remains blocked until a person approves it.

The proposed fallback is visible, but execution authority is withheld until the required human approval is recorded.

04 / The agreed plan

The approved path moves into governed execution.

Participants, dependencies and authority remain visible while the reference workflow executes under recorded human approval.

05 / The record

Keep the decision, recovery and observed outcome together.

The completed reference preserves what was selected, what happened and which evidence remains available for review.

Applications

One coordination problem, across industries.

B25 Plus is designed for operations where commitments, resources and constraints cross company boundaries. Concrete supply is one application among many.

How we distinguish facts from signals

Information confidence

Three kinds of information. Different reasons to trust.

The B25 approach distinguishes confirmed information, participant declarations and observed signals. These categories describe the basis of information, not a fixed trust score. Source quality and freshness still matter.

01

Verified information

Checked records or confirmed events, such as an accepted requirement or completed delivery. Verification has a source, a date and a defined scope.

02

Declared information

A participant reports capacity or a planned completion date. These statements can inform planning, but should remain distinguishable from independently checked facts.

03

Observations & signals

Monitoring reveals deviations and possible risks. An observed event is not the same as a forecast: model estimates retain their assumptions and uncertainty.

Diagram separating observed operational events from uncertain risk signals

Information status does not grant execution authority. Predictions remain estimates; the participating businesses set approval requirements.

Existing systems

Keep the systems you already run.

ERP and transport, fleet, warehouse, project and laboratory systems continue to hold their business records. B25 Plus connects the information needed to coordinate work across them.

Intelligence to assess. Control to act.

B25 Intelligence provides ML-based decision support for readiness, risk and recovery, with a controlled lifecycle foundation for training, validation, backtesting and shadow evaluation. B25 Plus applies constraints, authority boundaries and approval requirements, keeping model recommendations separate from permission to act.

B25 Intelligence

Helps assess disruptions and compare possible responses, with supporting reasons and evidence. Model estimates and rule-based checks have distinct roles; industrial performance must be validated on partner data.

Representation

A response must fit more than one schedule: commitments, available resources and business rules define which options can be considered.

Execution governance

Decision control

Teams need to understand the assumptions and evidence behind a proposal. A recommendation can be reviewed, challenged or declined before any authorised action.

Evidence of readiness

Working software. A clear next step.

B25 Plus has an implemented platform and a working demo environment. The next step is a controlled partner pilot in read-only or shadow mode to evaluate recommendations without changing external operations.

Evaluation questions

Questions before the first conversation.

What a pilot involves, how existing systems fit and what you can review before deciding.

  • Start with one time-sensitive workflow, a named process owner and accessible baseline data. Agree what the pilot will measure. Read-only or shadow mode lets teams evaluate recommendations before considering changes to live operations.

Agree the next step

Start with the problem you need to solve.

Tell us which workflow, technology question or partnership opportunity you want to explore. We will agree the right scope and next step together.
